Seipasa, a company specialized in the formulation, development and marketing of botanical-based solutions (biopesticides, biostimulants and fertilizers) for agriculture, has announced the launch of Pirecris. It is a new biopesticide developed from an exclusive formulation and with proven efficacy on more than 140 species of pest insects.
The power of the formula of Pirecris, patented by Seipasa, is based on a vegetal matrix, antioxidant and protective that, along with a natural synergist, carries the active ingredient and guarantees the highest efficay of the product. 100% of Pirecris formulation is designed to perform as an active substance with insecticide effect.

Insecticide action
Biomolecules of lipid nature are among the components of Pirecris’ green matrix. These biomelocules strengthen Pirecris insecticide action: they cover the insect's spiracles until they are plugged and cause the insect death by suffocation. In addition, the natural antioxidant compounds of Pirecris provide stability and increase the shelf life of the product.
Pirecris has been designed to act by contact, providing a knock down effect to eliminate more than 140 species of pest insects including aphids, trips, whiteflies, caterpillars and beetles.

The advanced formulation of Pirecris replaces piperonyl butoxide (PBO) as synergist for carboxylates and natural antioxidants. Seipasa guarantees its commitment to natural technology towards a more rational, sustainable and environmentally friendly agriculture.
Pirecris can be use the day before harvesting and has been developed to be applied in all types of agricultures. The product results in a very useful tool to manage resistances. Being a 100% natural product, Pirecris can be used in Integrated Pest Management programs and organic production systems.
