Solid organic fertilisers

SEIPASA’s solid organic fertilisers derive from FYM and composted forestry residues, guaranteeing a total absence of Municipal Solid Waste or any other human sewage derived materials. Its production process consists of two phases: fermentation at high temperatures destroying any harmful organisms, and maturation, in which the product is dehydrated to reach optimum moisture levels, allowing the formation of humic and fulvic acids. Once applied to the soil, the mineralisation processes are activated, converting the organic nutrients into a mineral form readily available to the plant.
Being organic matter based products, this product line shares many of the benefits described above. They are a clear alternative and complement to the use of chemical fertilisers, manures and other organic amendments, thanks to the following properties:

• Absence of weed seeds and other pathogens.
• Improvement of handling and field application compared to manures, thanks to their pelleted form, lower water content and higher nutrient concentration.
• Reduced variability in relation to other unprocessed organic fertilisers by guarantying a minimum richness of NPK, moisture, pH and C/N.
• Combination of slow and immediate nutrient releases, ensuring fertility in the medium term as well as a quick supply of readily available nutrients to the crop.
• The different NPK balances of the Seivital line, provide a wide range of possibilities adapted to different development stages, crops and soil types. This enables Seivital line products to be used as base and top dressing on a wide range of crops.
